Easy does it. Pushing does not help our lives; it only causes more pressure within us. "If it doesn't work," we have thought, "get a bigger hammer." But if we only wait for the opportunity, we will be given the opportunity to work out each of our difficulties.
It is better to work out a problem by taking two steps forward and one step back, rather than to push and try to solve it at once, fail, and then stop trying. It helps to remember that we are never given more than we can handle, one day at a time.
Have I learned to take it easy?
Higher Power! I depend on You for my very breath. Help me realize that the more I depend on You, the more I accept Your help, the more I can handle.

In the pursuit of happiness, many people are too busy to find that which they seek. Frequently, the happiness, we so passionately desire, is found in little events that are but whispered. If we don't pay attention, we miss them.
There can be happiness in the way the light falls through the trees. There can be happiness in the way our children call for us by name or in the familiar sight of our home as we roam round the corner two block away.
Happiness weaves its way through precious memories and keepsakes that have no monetary value, but are priceless to us. Many take enormous delight in the presence of a beloved pet, just the way it look at us or the unconditional love it pours out upon us. For some, there is genuine delight in the taste of a special loved food.
We are surrounded by that which can be meaningful and full of delight. The question is, will we be still and quite long enough to enjoy it?

Learn Acceptance
-Have the courage to acknowledge the truth!-
Human lives are filled with all kinds of separations. Friends, mates, and family members - the people in our lives are only lent to us. If they accompany us for some part of our journey, we are blessed. we don't get to control or keep them
Sentences beginning "if only" can go nowhere, but straight to regret. They support our false belief that we can control what happens in others people;s live. "I should have", "I could have", "I would have" are all variations on the same theme. They postpone acceptance and necessary grieving.
At times it's we, ourselves, who do the learning, we can count it a success, not failure, when we had the courage to acknowledge the truth of an ending.
Today, though I may go through some pain as I learn acceptance, I rejoice in the strength an clarity it gives me.

Friendship is not a game to play
It is not a word to say
It doesn't start on March and ends on May
It is tomorrow, yesterday, today and everyday...
True friends are like mornings
You can't have them the whole day
But you can be sure
They will be there when you wake up tomorrow
Next year and forever...
Its not an achievement to make 1000's friends in a year
But an achievement is when you make a friend for 1000's years...
As long as we have memories, yesterday remains
As long as we have hope, tomorrow awaits
As long as we have friendship, each day is never a waste...
Make a heart which never breaks
Make a smile which never hurts
Make a touch which never pains
Make a friendship which never ends...
Be slow in choosing a friend & slower while loosing them
because friendship is not an opportunity
Its a sweet responsibility...
Sacrifice is greater than Love
Character is greater than Beauty
Humanity is greater than Wealth
But nothing is greater than Friendship...
Friendship is a network that needs:
no recharge!, no roaming!
no validity!, no activation!
no signal problems!
Just don't switch off your Heart...

"Thinking", said the little boy, "is when your mouth stays shut and your head keeps talking to itself"
Arkansas Baptist
"Quiet" is the state of almost compete silence. "Quiet" means peaceful, not being disturbed by excitement, trouble or worry.
We need quiet times, in order to develop peace and serenity in our lives. We spend most of our days speaking or being spoken to. It is important to set aside time to speak to ourselves. We need to speak to ourselves gently and honestly each day. We need to spend quality time with ourselves, to keep in touch with who we are and where we are headed. A diver takes the time for a deep breath and a quiet moment before he jumps, and so it is for us before we jump from one activity to the next. In this way, we can honor ourselves and our actions, by offering respect for what we have just done, and for what we are about to do.
Today I will have at least some quiet time for myself, because I deserve it
